Castle Milk Stout presents two chefs with very different backgrounds to create magic in their VIP marquee at the DStv Delicious International Food and Music Festival.
Alessandro Khojane, owner of Gemelli Restaurant in Bryanston, has an equally interesting story, having been born in Bloemfontein but brought up in Italy as the son of a diplomat, where his love for Italian cuisine blossomed.
“My partner, Chef Paulo believes food is more than just art on plate, one has to often consider taste and texture, hence he introduced the Castle Milk Stout basting to our famous Lamb Rib Loin cutlets. We literally took an old family favourite and switched it up tenfold, and that is what we love about cooking with Castle Milk Stout – the opportunity to reimagine our dishes,” Alessandro said.
Gemelli will present an Exclusive Chefs Table experience for 100 guests in the Castle Milk Stout marquee on Saturday, 07 October 2017.
